More specifically, here’s what your day might look like

  • Support clients and technicians both on-site and remotely in resolving product-related issues
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to address issues observed in the field
  • Develop repair procedures and prepare estimates based on damage assessments and identified equipment issues to support field technicians
  • Stay alert to product improvements that could enhance the customer and technician experience, and propose initiatives to the product improvement team
  • Document service calls and ensure follow-ups with clients regarding completed repairs
  • Contribute to the development of departmental tools to support company growth and improve team efficiency
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to perform repairs, deliveries/installations, or provide technical training

Profile

 

Essential qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent education/training
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Based in Western Canada or the United States
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
  • Experience in product repair and providing technical support
  • Willingness to travel as needed
