• Designing new test benches to characterize design proof assumptions
• Developing new testing methodologies based on applicable therapies or patient categories
• Performing verification and validation activities on new and improved products
• Collaborating with other departments to collectively define product expectations
• Organizing and planning product certifications with external laboratories 
• Participating in problem-solving activities related to the product
•  Leading laboratory improvement projects (6S, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or physical engineering, or other relevant field
• Experience in the field of verification and validation (an asset)
• Knowledge of automation (an asset)
