Job description

Join our team as the Account Executive for GTA, where you’ll drive growth across three LHINs by building strong customer relationships, championing innovative healthcare solutions, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and market expansion.

Profile

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Represent the company and its products in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Develop business relationships with key decision makers to promote and sell the company's products to customers in the assigned territory.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities for sales growth in assigned territory and increase customer base.
  • Participate in product delivery and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Take an active part in training staff when products are put into service with our customers, “In service”.
  • Achieve sales targets and market growth
  • Participate in the voice of the customer for research and development teams
  • Account for and report on future sales.
  • Work with and complement the CRM. 

 

 

Requirements : 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge with MS Office suite and CRM - asset
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a healthcare capital equipment manufacturer, distributor or directly related experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and managing sales accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) required.
  • Must be able to conduct business with extensive travel.
  • High-EQ; ability to relate to a high diversity of people and levels of responsibility from entry-level to C-suite.
  • Relevant experience in building a strategic key account program.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplined sales team through a defined selling process with multi-level, high-value, complex accounts.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent follow through of tactics.
  • People-first attitude with a preference for team collaboration.
  • Must be able to be introspective and develop trust and rapport with all colleagues and customers.
