- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
 - Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers. Meet and exceeds sales goals.
 - Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, manage service calls, ensuring customer problems are addressed and resolved and ensuring timely service to all customers.
 - Participate in training technical and clinical staff in hospitals.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, service and product development to align account strategies with company objectives.
 - Support product deliveries and commissioning (handling up to 50 lbs)
 - Follow-up with the customer from the initial request to the completed repair, ensuring customer satisfaction
 - Repair products at customer sites
 - Maintain documentation for all service cases or service requests
 - Monitor and analyze parts and demo inventory
 - Perform all other related tasks
 
 
	Profile
	Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of experience and training relevant to the position
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in the medical device industry (atout).
 - Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to read technical drawings
 - Experience in after-sales service or customer support
 - Experience in product repair and technical support
 - Willingness to travel
 - Proficiency in CRM software and office productivity tools.
